2. Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?
You can securely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless encouraged otherwise due to high threat Pregnancy.

Strolling is generally recommended at all stages. Your Gynecologist may also recommend on specific Pelvic exercises to enhance possibilities of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can assist me remain comfy throughout Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.

Instead, you should think of eating TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The typical requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal per day over & & above your routine intake. Daily calorie count should remain in the series of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an extra 300 Kcal daily for each fetus.
